Leicestershire Police Intercultural Evening

The importance of community support was highlighted at the Leicestershire Police Intercultural Evening which I attended recently. The event at the force headquarters in Enderby celebrated the diversity of our community and was an opportunity for people to come together to see how police operations work. We heard from Chief Constable David Sandall about the important role the community in Leicestershire and Rutland plays in supporting the police force’s work to protect us all. Also attending were the High Sheriff of Rutland Col Richard Chesterfield, Chairman of Leicestershire County Council Cllr Paul Harrison, and High Bailiff of Leicester Cllr Manjula Sood.
