The High Sheriff was invited to visit Citizens Advice Charnwood and learnt so much about the varied and challenging work you all do serving your community so outstandingly.
You all know only too well that the help you give to people contacting Citizens Advice can often make a huge impact on their lives, changing it for the better, often at a time a real time of need and low point for them, thank you.
They are an incredible team of mostly volunteers, all of whom I so enjoyed meeting last week.
Thank you also for the delicious cake.
