Donington Park visit

On 9 April I visited the world famous Donington Park motor racing circuit where I met with former F1 driver and TV commentator, Dr. Jonathan Palmer, the Chief Executive of MotorSport Vision (MSV), which promotes motor sport and events at the track.

During my visit, I was shown around Donington Hall, which MSV is planning to open as a 49-bedroom luxury hotel in 2026.  The refurbished building looks magnificent and I’m sure the new hotel will be a brilliant addition to the county’s high quality accommodation.
