Harborough District Community Awards

The role of community groups and volunteers was celebrated recently at the Harborough District Council Community Awards. I was invited to attend and given the honour of presenting awards to the winners. The event, held at Lutterworth College, was uplifting and a welcome opportunity to pay tribute to the dedication of volunteers in the area and to thank them for the contribution they make.
