Motiv8 Studios boxing competition

This was my ringside view of the recent boxing competition hosted by Motiv8 Studios in Ashby de la Zouch. As well as watching the action, I also had the great pleasure of speaking to the young competitors and their parents. It was inspiring to hear how much they get out of attending the classes, from building resilience to the physical and mental health benefits. Well done to everyone who took part on the day.
