It was wonderful to visit the very special Rainbows Hospice with the High Sheriff of Derbyshire, Theresa Peltier, and meet some of their amazing team.
The team are there to brighten short lives, make the most of every precious moment, capturing those memoires and supporting families.
Rainbows Hospice provides care and support for babies, children and young people with serious and terminal conditions, and their whole family, across the East Midlands.
The care they offer is wide ranging; palliative care and end of life care, symptom management, emergency care, respite and short breaks and is available in the Hospice, at home and in hospitals.
