Religion and Belief Roadshow

The Religion and Belief Roadshow run by St Philip’s Centre in Leicester is a vibrant way of introducing school pupils to different faiths and belief traditions. It gives them a chance to engage with people from a range of faith groups and learn about their cultures and traditions as well as finding out about common beliefs that are held across faiths.
I had the chance to attend a roadshow at St Botolph’s C of E Primary School in Shepshed and thought it was an engaging and valuable experience to offer pupils. I met the school’s headteacher Emma Pepper and thanked the volunteers who helped make it such a successful event.
